What is your shipping Policy?

Reproductions and photographic Prints:

Reproductions and photographic prints will be shipped by our print lab, PrintPartner. Shipping within Canada & the continental United States, shipments overseas and to AK, HI, YK, NT, NWT will be quoted on a case by case basis.  A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.  Average shipping/delivery time in Canada is between 2-5 days (once your finished order leaves the Print Partner facility). 

Original Art Works:

Original art works will be shipped by the artist using Canada Post for Canadian orders unless otherwise specified. You will be provided with speed options, the cost and a tracking number. Works will be shipped from the artist's studio within 3 business days. International Orders will be shipped by Fedex. You will be given a choice of delivery speeds, a price including taxes and customs, an approximate arrival time and a tracking number. Please see refund policy below.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

Your reproduction or photographic print order may be cancelled at Print Partner and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production.  Production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days.  If you must cancel your order please contact me ASAP by email or phone at 778-352-2460 or at kathleen.schmalz@gmail.com, and I will make every effort to follow your instructions. After production has commenced, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to change or cancel your order. This re-stocking fee also applies to original artworks that have been packed and or shipped.  If you must cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, you will also be charged for shipping to you and will be responsible for postage required for returning the item to the artist.
